All information is hosted on HDS v2.0 certified healthcare servers located exclusively in France.

Your information is encrypted and protected. Also No one outside your healthcare team can access your responses.

To pharmaceutical companies, insurance companies, advertisers, and to any third party.
You remain the owner of your data
You may request deletion of your data at any time. WAICAH commits to permanently deleting your information within 30 days.

Why did my physician send me this link?
Your physician uses WAICAH to prepare consultations more effectively.
By completing the questionnaire beforehand, you provide useful information in advance, allowing your physician to focus on your care rather than spending time collecting information.
How long does it take?
Typically between 5 and 10 minutes, depending on the reason for your consultation and the complexity of your medical history.
Are my responses confidential?
Yes.
Your responses are encrypted and accessible only to your physician and authorized healthcare staff.
They are never shared outside the medical practice.
Who can see my responses?
Only:
- Your physician
- Authorized healthcare staff working with your physician
No one else.
Not WAICAH.
Not our technical providers.
Not any third party.
Can I modify my responses after submission?
Before submission:
Yes, at any time.
After submission:
No.
However, you can discuss any changes directly with your physician during the consultation.
Your physician can then update the medical report accordingly.
Can I refuse to complete the questionnaire?
Yes.
This is entirely your choice.
Your consultation will still take place normally.
You may also:
- Complete only part of the questionnaire
- Ask your physician or secretary for assistance
- Complete the questionnaire together during your appointment
What if I don't have a smartphone or cannot use the link?
No problem.
Contact your physician or medical secretary before the appointment.
They can:
- Help you complete the questionnaire
- Complete it with you in person
- Organize your consultation differently if necessary
How can I request deletion of my data?
Contact our Data Protection Officer:
Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with GDPR requirements.
